When we assess a site, we look at
the following criteria

Location

Locations should be near dense logistics or distribution hubs with a high level of HGV traffic.

Size requirements

To construct a Bio-CNG refuelling station, we require approximately 1-3 acres of developable land.

Landowner investment minimal

We take sites as is and will run, and pay for, the entire planning approval process.

Flexible terms

We are flexible with our land deal terms, and are able to accommodate freehold and leasehold ownership, in addition to offering long term leases with landowners. We are dedicated to working with land owners to find a deal that works for both of us.
