Bio-CNG stations are safer than conventional petrol filling stations, and completely contamination-free

CNG Fuels’ refuelling stations do not process any materials on-site. Natural gas is drawn directly from the pipeline and compressed, without any additives or modifications. In the unlikely event of a leak, the natural gas—being lighter than air—would quickly rise and dissipate into the atmosphere, posing no risk of ground contamination and reducing the risk of any hazardous buildup. In contrast, petrol or diesel can pool on the ground in the event of a leak, creating a higher risk of fire. This makes CNG a safer alternative in terms of leak-related fire hazards.
